de Bruijne Recognized with All-East Team Honors

CHICAGO - DePaul senior defender Max de Bruijne has been named to the United Soccer Coaches 2019 All-East Region Third Team, announced by the organization on Monday.

The Netherlands native was most recently named to the All-BIG EAST First Team following his performance throughout the season, while also earning Preseason All-BIG EAST recognition. He scored three goals for the Blue Demons, a career-high for a season. Two of those goals were successful penalty kick conversions. de Bruijne dished out four total assists to account for his 10 points on the season. He was tabbed to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll three times throughout the season as well.
