Blue Demons wrap up spring break trip on Saturday at William & Mary
The Monarchs (8-0) edged the Blue Demons (10-9) by a mark of 6-1.
Old Dominion took the early advantage in doubles action behind the No. 29 doubles pair in the nation in Aziz Kijametovic and Francois Musitelli who got the best of Boris Spanjaard and Christopher Casati, 6-1. Conor O'Meara and Luuk Wasenaar fell to Jannik Giesse and Oliver Tobisch 4-6 at the No. 3 position to snap their five-match winning streak.
In singles action, the Monarchs clinched five of the six matches over the Blue Demons to clinch the win.
At the No. 5 position, Tamas Zador came away victorious for the second time in three matches with a 3-6, 7-5, 1-0 win over Nicola Vidal.
DePaul wraps up their East Coast road trip on Saturday, Mar. 30 when the Blue Demons travel to William & Mary for an 11 a.m. contest.
