Men’s Track & Field Ranked in Top 15 in USTFCCCA Regional Rankings

Blue Demons come in at No. 12 in the Midwest Region
CHICAGO – After a dominating start to the indoor season, DePaul men's track & field marks its highest ranking in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Regional Rankings, coming in at No. 12 in the Midwest.
The Blue Demons jumped 13 spots from last week after multiple successful performances at the Meyo Invitational last weekend. Three individual performances and one relay team ranked within the top 10 times in the Midwest.
Sophomore standout Henry Larkin (47.18) is currently ranked No. 4 in the Midwest Region in the 400-meter dash and tops the BIG EAST leaderboard. Henry Harper (14:38.51) ranks No. 6 at the turning point of his capstone indoor season. Coming off a program-record-setting performance, Kyle Mastrangeli (6.79) is listed at No. 10 on the regional list and is first among league competitors.
Coming in at No. 4 on the regional list is the distance medley relay team of Charlie McIntyre, Jarel Terry, Chris Ahlers and Shane Knanishu (10:05.85). DePaul also claimed a spot at No. 20 on the national #EventSquad Rankings for its 800-meter run performances this season by Michael Parry, Ben Lee, Jules Gueguen and Chris Ahlers.
The DePaul men's track & field squad returns to action on Friday when the Blue Demons travel to the GVSU Big Meet.
