Jill Pressly Selected to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

Sophomore outside hitter averaged 3.44 kills per set in two key victories for the Blue Demons
CHICAGO – For the third time in the 2021 season, DePaul sophomore outside hitter Jill Pressly has picked up BIG EAST weekly honor roll recognition after a weekend of stellar performances.
Pressly led DePaul's offensive attack with an average of 3.44 kills per set and 3.67 points per set as the Blue Demons claimed key victories over St. John's and Seton Hall last weekend.
In a four-set win over the Red Storm, Pressly put down 15 kills to go along with nine digs, three assists and a service ace. A day later, the outside hitter totaled 16 kills and picked up nine more digs in a five-set triumph over the Pirates.
The Plano, Texas native leads the Blue Demons in kills with 331 on the season and ranks fourth in the conference with 3.54 kills per set.
DePaul will hit the road for the final time in the regular season with a trip to Butler and Xavier set for November 12 and 14. The Blue Demons will take on the Bulldogs at Hinkle Fieldhouse on Friday at 10 a.m. CT before facing the Musketeers on Sunday at 1 p.m.
