Blue Demons Compete in Fighting Irish Mini Duals

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – DePaul men's tennis will compete in the weekend-long Fighting Irish Mini Duals hosted by the University of Notre Dame starting on Friday Oct. 28th after playing in the ITA Midwest Regionals last weekend.

The Blue Demons will join eight other schools, including Northwestern, Indiana, Michigan State and Louisville in the team dual style invitational. Each player and their partner will play one set of doubles against another team. After doubles, the teams will split off and play a best two out of three singles match against one of the opposing players. The winning team that claims two of the three points between all the matches will advance to the next draw.

DePaul has four players competing in the matches this weekend, Aleksa Krivokapic is paired up with Marino Jakic, and Leon Huck competes alongside Matteo Iaquinto.

On Friday, the teams play in two rounds of doubles and one round of singles starting at 9 a.m. ET. at the Eck Tennis Pavilion.
