CHICAGO – Led by the first triple-double in program history from David Jones and a 33-2 run in the late stages of the second half, DePaul took down Georgetown, 82-74, on Wednesday night at Wintrust Arena. Jones tallied a team-high 22 points to go along with game-highs of 14 rebounds and 10 assists en route to etching his name in the Blue Demon record books.

DePaul built its largest lead of the game behind a 33-2 run over a near eight-minute span including three-consecutive triples from Courvoisier McCauley and Jones to give the Blue Demons a 75-49 advantage with four and a half minutes to play.
The Hoyas ended the game on a 15-3 run but it was too little too late as the damage was already done and the Blue Demons held on for the victory.
