Yalovenko Continues to Pace Men’s Golf

Final round of Craft Farms Intercollegiate is Tuesday in Gulf Shores, Ala.
GULF SHORES, Ala. – Artemiy Yalovenko posted his second straight round of 73 (+1) to lead DePaul in the second round of the Craft Farms Intercollegiate on Monday. Yalovenko remained in a group in 21st place while the Blue Demons dropped a spot on the team leaderboard to 12th place.
Yalovenko posted a one-over score of 73 on Monday to mirror his first-round score and is tied for 21st with a tournament total of 146 (+2). Noah Kolar and Nik Gatmaytan followed Yalovenko in a tie for 40th and 45th place. Kolar is at 149 (+5) following a round of 75 (+3) while Gatmaytan carded a 74 (+2) on Monday for a 36-hole total of 150 (+6).
Aarjav Patel is in a group in 61st place and Grant Boyson is in 74th place. Patel finished with a second-round score of 75 (+3) for a tournament score of 153 (+9). Boyson carded an 80 (+8) on Monday and is at 162 (+18).
South Alabama maintained the team with a two-round score of 556 (-20). The Blue Demons are in 12th place with a combined score of 598 (+22). Jack Hearn of South Alabama holds the individual lead after two rounds at 133 (-11).
