Michael Anderson Earns Spot on BIG EAST Honor Roll

Anderson scores first goal of the season
CHICAGO - DePaul men's soccer midfielder Michael Anderson earned a spot on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday, as announced by the conference. Anderson scored his first goal of the season, and second of his career, in the 1-1 draw with No. 20 Butler.
On Saturday, Omar Ramadan sent a corner kick directly to Anderson who was able to send the ball to the back of the net. His goal came a few minutes after attempting his first shot of the match.
The Winfield, Ind. native has been a key piece in the Blue Demons success this season. Anderson has started all six matches for DePaul during his senior season, totaling 435 minutes of play.
This is Anderson's first BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll award of his career.
