The Blue Demons look to minick last year's performance
CHICAGO – DePaul cross country travels to Kenosha, Wis. for the BIG EAST Cross Country Championships, Saturday, Oct. 28, presented by JEEP and co-hosted by Marquette University. Fans can stream the races on The BIG EAST Digital Network available on FloSports.Â
ÂThe men will kick off the championship races with the 8K at 11 a.m. CT. The women will follow with their 6k championship race slated for 11:50 a.m. CT.Â
ÂDePaul looks for a strong performance in the hopes of mimicking last year's success. At the 2022 BIG EAST Cross Country Championships, the women's team earned its highest place ever since joining the BIG EAST with a fifth place result. Olivia Borowiak paced the Blue Demons, setting a school record with her 11th place finish and 20:11 time in the 6k race, the highest place in DePaul history. The men also earned a fifth place finish overall.Â
ÂOlivia Borowiak is set to compete in tomorrow's race, alongside her teammates, Nina Amicon and Meghan Dieball. On the men's side fans can expect to see performances by Tommy Elwood, who led the men at the Bradley Pink Classic, Damian Rodriguez and Griffin Lehnhardt.Â
ÂUP NEXT: The Blue Demons continue the championship portion of their season with the NCAA Division 1 Midwest Regionals in Stillwater, Okla. on Nov. 10.Â

General admission to all sessions will be $5 for adults, while a discount will be applied for seniors (60+) and children (3-17) for $3. Students from BIG EAST Conference institutions are free to attend. Tickets can be purchased HERE, or collected at the gate which is located just west of the parking lots.
