DePaul Announces Dec. 16 Matchup Against Northwestern

CHICAGO – DePaul men's basketball announced its second game of the 2023-24 slate, Friday morning. The Blue Demons will welcome Northwestern to Wintrust Arena on Saturday, Dec. 16.
DePaul and Northwestern faced off last season, after missing the 2021 matchup due to COVID-19 protocols. The Blue Demons are 21-15 all-time against Northwestern and are 31-12 against Chicagoland opponents since the start of the 2000-01 season. DePaul has won five of its last seven meetings against Chicago-area schools (Chicago State, UIC, Loyola and Northwestern).
Northwestern went 22-12 last season and tied for second in the Big Ten. The Wildcats made just their second NCAA Tournament in program history, advancing to the second round after a 75-67 win against Boise State in the first round.
The Northwestern game is the second announcement for DePaul's 2023-24 schedule after the BIG EAST-Big 12 matchup against Iowa State was previously announced.

2023-24 TICKET INFORMATION
Season ticket renewals for the 2023-24 season are now open. Current holders have the option to renew their existing seat location or elect for an optional seat upgrade. Existing season ticket holders who renew by May 31 will lock in their same season ticket price from the 2022-23 season.
Those looking to purchase 2023-24 season tickets can place a $25 per-seat deposit to lock-in their priority for seat selection this summer.
