Blue Demons Complete Day Three of NCAA West First Round

Darius Brown concludes record-breaking season
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The DePaul track and field team concluded their third day of NCAA West First Round action.
The only event for the Blue Demons on Friday was the quarterfinals of the men's 110m hurdles. Sophomore Darius Brown earned an 11th place finish with a final time of 13.66, his best finish at an NCAA West First Round meet during his career and nearly a second better than his appearance a year ago.
On Thursday, Tori Carroll participated at her third consecutive NCAA West First Round meet. The senior competed in the long jump, earning a top-30 finish with a final mark of 6.02m.
UP NEXT: On Saturday, Jaiah Hopf competes in the women's triple jump at 8 p.m. CT. This will be Hopf's first NCAA West First Round appearance.
