Krasowski and Pressly Collect BIG EAST Weekly Honors

Pressly earns third Offensive Player of the Week award
CHICAGO – DePaul volleyball graduate students Rachel Krasowski and Jill Pressly each tallied their second consecutive BIG EAST Weekly Awards, as announced by the conference Monday afternoon. The pair now combines for 11 total awards on the season, after leading the Blue Demons to a perfect 2-0 weekend at McGrath-Phillips Arena.
Pressly receives her third Offensive Player of the Week award this season. She averages a BIG EAST-leading 4.24 kills per set, with no other player in the conference reaching above 4.00. She recorded her eighth and ninth matches in BIG EAST play with double-figure kills, along with her 60th career double-double against UConn, contributing 15 digs. She was the offensive match leader against both Providence and UConn, registering 14 and 17 kills, respectively.
Krasowski was tabbed to the BIG EAST Honor Roll for the second time in 2024. The Orland Park, Ill. native also continues to pace the conference, averaging 4.70 digs per set in all matches. She poured in two consecutive service aces and a match-leading 19 digs to lift the Blue Demons over the Huskies in a four-set decision on Sunday, October 27.
