Jill Pressly Tallies BIG EAST Honor Roll Award

The outside hitter adds her eighth recognition this season
CHICAGO – DePaul volleyball graduate student Jill Pressly earned BIG EAST Honor Roll recognition, as announced by the conference Monday afternoon. This marks her eighth award of the year, and fifth time on the honor roll.
The Plano, Texas native continues to lead the BIG EAST with 4.24 kills per set, good for 40th nationally. No other player in the conference averages more than 4.00 kills per set.
On the weekend, Pressly tallied 14 kills against Connecticut and 21 kills against Providence, her 15th and 16th league matches in double-figures. The outside hitter also led the Blue Demon defense against the Friars, with 18 digs and a career-high seven blocks.

The Blue Demons return to Lincoln Park for their final weekend of regular season play, facing No. 5 Creighton on Friday, November 22 at 7 p.m. CT. DePaul concludes their BIG EAST slate against RV Marquette on Sunday, November 24 at 12 p.m. CT.
