Blue Demon Room Podcast Returns for Season Two

First episode launches Sept. 2
CHICAGO -- The Blue Demon Room Podcast returns for its second season on September 2, continuing its mission to spotlight the stories, people, and spirit of DePaul Athletics.
Host Kacy Standohar returns for her second season while the show is proud to welcome 2015 DePaul College of Communications alum Jenna Duddleston as co-host.
Season two kicks off with Marie Zidek, Head Coach of DePaul Volleyball, who joins the show to discuss her recent success with USA Volleyball, her leadership evolution, and what's ahead for the 2025 season.
In its debut season (2024–25), The Blue Demon Room released 23 episodes, featuring guests from all 15 sports across campus, as well as alumni, Hall of Famers and community partners. Each episode offered a unique look at the people driving DePaul's success, on the athletic field, in the classroom, and in the community.
The Blue Demon Room is bigger than an interview, it is a student-powered show. A dedicated team of undergraduate student producers, editors and content creators bring the podcast to life, gaining hands-on experience in complement to their coursework while telling the stories of DePaul Athletics.
