CHICAGO – DePaul Athletics is introducing a new round of gameday enhancements at Wintrust Arena for the 2026-27 men's and women's basketball seasons, highlighted by a refreshed DePaul Blue Demons app, an expanded DePaul Team Shop and a comprehensive concessions improvement initiative with OVG Hospitality.
"Our fans deserve an incredible gameday experience every time they walk into Wintrust Arena," said Senior Vice President and Director of Athletics DeWayne Peevy. New for 2026-27
All-New DePaul Blue Demons App
The official DePaul Blue Demons app has been rebuilt from the ground up, bringing mobile tickets, news, score alerts, schedules, live stats, video and audio streams, and gameday information together in one place.
The free app is available for iOS and Android. Fans who already have the app should update it through the App Store or Google Play before their next visit to Wintrust Arena. New users can download it at DePaulBlueDemons.com/app.
Reimagined Concessions Experience
DePaul Athletics and OVG Hospitality are working together on a comprehensive initiative to improve concessions at Wintrust Arena, with a focus on convenience, speed of service and expanded choices.
Enhancements will begin rolling out later this winter, including new technology, streamlined checkout processes, new menu items and new concession concepts. The full experience is targeted to launch in late January.
Expanded DePaul Team Shop & "DePaul by You"
The DePaul Team Shop will feature a larger footprint and an expanded selection of Nike merchandise this season. Desert Cactus, DePaul's men's basketball jersey patch partner, will also offer an expanded gameday assortment.
At select games, fans can make their gear their own through "DePaul by You," a new experience offering live hat and jersey customization on the concourse.
Rank + Rally enters its second season operating the DePaul Team Shop. Season ticket holders and Wintrust cardholders receive a year-round 10% discount and select student giveaways will again be available for purchase.
New Courtside Seats & LED Scorer's Tables
Eight courtside seats have been added on the team side of the floor, with four next to each bench, creating additional opportunities to experience Blue Demon basketball up close. New LED scorer's tables will feature enhanced capabilities and sharper displays.

Limited-Edition DePaul YETI Cup
Beginning in November, select arena bars will introduce a limited-edition DePaul YETI cup. Fans can purchase a cocktail served in the cup and take it home, while supplies last.
Discounted Student Parking
DePaul students can now purchase discounted $10 parking for all DePaul basketball home games at Wintrust Arena in McCormick Place Parking Lot A.
Students can add one discounted mobile parking pass per game through the DePaul Student Ticket Portal when claiming their game ticket. The parking pass will be delivered digitally and scanned by the parking attendant upon arrival.

- Early arrival savings: Receive 20% off Coors Light from doors open until tipoff at every game.

50/50 Raffle
The Blue Demons' 50/50 Raffle returns, with tickets available at in-arena kiosks and online at DePaulBlueDemons.com/Raffle.
Half of the net proceeds from each raffle support DePaul student-athletes through scholarships and program resources, while the other half is awarded to one winner.
Win a Trip to the 2027 BIG EAST Tournament
The "Blue Demons in the Big Apple" sweepstakes returns Dec. 1, giving fans an opportunity to win a trip to the 2027 BIG EAST Men's Basketball Tournament at Madison Square Garden.
The prize includes a $500 airline gift card, hotel accommodations for two at the team hotel and two all-session tournament ticket booklets. Entry details will be shared when the sweepstakes opens in December.

DePaul Student Benefits
DePaul students receive complimentary tickets to every home basketball game and free round-trip motorcoach transportation from Lincoln Park to Wintrust Arena.
Students can claim tickets digitally and enter through any arena entrance, including the skybridge and main entry. Following every men's basketball home win, head coach Chris Holtmann buys lunch the next day for all DePaul students who attended.

College Nights will celebrate each of DePaul's 10 colleges throughout the season, bringing faculty, staff, alumni and students together to show their college pride at Wintrust Arena.

Faculty, Staff and Alumni Discounts
DePaul faculty and staff receive 20% off season tickets in general seating areas and 10% off full-price single-game tickets purchased in advance. Learn more about faculty and staff discounts.
DePaul alumni receive 10% off single-game tickets using the Alumni Association promo code. Alumni can also contact the Ticket Office to receive a promotional access code.
Connecting With Our Community
Military & Veterans
Through its expanded partnership with the Veteran Tickets Foundation, DePaul Athletics will provide complimentary tickets to most games this season for currently serving military members and veterans of all branches of the U.S. military.
Visit VetTix.org for availability. DePaul will also continue to honor military service through in-game recognition.
RUSH Community Ticket Zone
The RUSH Community Ticket Zone returns, providing eligible civic and community organizations with opportunities to request complimentary tickets to select games.

Wintrust Reads
Wintrust Reads returns for the 2026-27 season, rewarding Chicagoland students in sixth grade and under for building their reading habits. Students who read, or are read to, for 300 minutes can earn two complimentary tickets to a select Blue Demons game, an exclusive school kit and a certificate.

Wintrust Arena offers amenities designed to make gameday welcoming and comfortable for every fan:
- Sensory-inclusive resources: Wintrust Arena is KultureCity certified. Fans can use the KultureCity app to explore available sensory-inclusive features and resources.
- Lactation accommodations: Mamava Lactation Pods provide a private, comfortable space for breastfeeding or pumping, with access available through the Mamava app.
- Device charging: Charging stations for Apple and Android devices are available throughout the main concourse.
Gameday Hotel Partner
Located steps from Wintrust Arena, Marriott Marquis Chicago offers a convenient option for fans visiting for gameday. Fans can also receive 10% off food at the hotel's Woven & Bound restaurant on gamedays by presenting their DePaul game ticket.
Arena Entry & Bag Policy
Doors open 60 minutes before tipoff. Mikan Society members with valid lounge passes may enter 90 minutes before men's basketball games through the designated doors off Cermak Road.
Wintrust Arena's clear bag policy remains in effect:
- Clear bags may not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
- Non-clear bags may not exceed 10" x 6" x 2".
- Exceptions apply for medical and diaper bags.
- Complimentary lockers are available outside the arena for bags that do not meet the policy.
