Golf Readys for Final Tournament Before Postseason

Blue Demons set to compete at Hawkeye Invitational
RIVERSIDE, IOWA – DePaul golf is set for its final tournament before postseason play, April 20-21, at the Hawkeye Invitational. The event will be held at Blue Top Ridge at Riverside in Riverside, Iowa. The par-72 course spans over 7,400 yards.
The event features 13 teams including host, Iowa. Among the other teams in attendance are Air Force, Drake, Kansas City, North Dakota State, Northern Iowa, Omaha, South Dakota, South Dakota State, Southern Illinois, Valparaiso, Western Illinois.
DePaul's lineup is expected to feature: Dominic Lucchesi, Billy Gneiser, North Chery, Rohan Gopaldas, Matthew Rastogi. Sam Mortell will compete as an individual.
DePaul last competed at the Giles-Spratley Collegiate where Gopaldas led the Blue Demons with a 220 (+4) finish.
Next, the Blue Demons will prepare for the BIG EAST Championships May 2-4 at Hardeeville, S.C.
