DePaul and Saint Louis Agree to Home-and-Home Series

Blue Demons will take trip to St. Louis in 2026-27
CHICAGO – DePaul has added a fourth NCAA Tournament team to its 2026-27 schedule with the addition of a home-and-home series against Saint Louis. The Blue Demons will travel to Chaifetz Arena on Dec. 12 this season, with a return game at Wintrust Arena scheduled for 2027.
It will be the first meeting between the two programs since 2008 and the 62nd all-time contest, in a series dating back over a century to 1921. DePaul and Saint Louis were former conference foes in the Great Midwest Conference, before both joining Conference USA.
Saint Louis went 29-6 last season, advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament under head coach Josh Schertz who enters his third season at the helm of the Billikens program.
The addition of Saint Louis adds to what is shaping up to be one of DePaul's strongest non-conference schedules in recent history. The Blue Demons will host SMU and USF at Wintrust Arena this season, in addition to facing Purdue and Pitt in the Fort Myers Tip-Off Classic in November.
