Blue Madness Returns to McGrath-Phillips Arena Oct. 16

CHICAGO – DePaul men's and women's basketball fans can get an exclusive up-close look at both basketball programs at the Blue Demons' annual Blue Madness event, set for Friday, Oct. 16. Doors will open to McGrath-Phillips Arena at 6 p.m.

The free event serves as one of the first chances for fans to see DePaul basketball ahead of the 2026-27 season. This year's event features an MBB meet and greet and will be capped by a women's basketball exhibition against UIC at 7 p.m.

Fans can meet DePaul men's basketball student-athletes and collect autographs during a meet and greet in the Hall of Fame Foyer from 6-6:30 p.m.

At 7 p.m., women's basketball tips off for its lone public exhibition of the preseason against crosstown foe UIC.

At halftime, men's basketball student-athletes will take center stage for introductions, a t-shirt toss and more.
