Junior guard suffered torn ACL in summer workouts
CHICAGO – DePaul women's basketball head coach Jill M. Pizzotti announced Tuesday afternoon that junior guard Devin Hagemann will miss the 2026-27 season due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Hagemann suffered the injury during summer workouts.
"Devin has put so much work into her game, and this is a tough break for her and for our team," said Pizzotti. "We will support her fully on the road to recovery and will look for her to remain a leader for this year's squad."
Hagemann started 27 of her 28 appearances as a sophomore in 2025-26, averaging 7.0 points per game with seven double-figure scoring outings. She recorded five or more assists in seven outings, totaling 79 assists on the season.
