BIG EAST Schedule Set for DePaul Women’s Basketball

Blue Demons open conference slate Dec. 3 at Villanova
CHICAGO – DePaul, alongside the BIG EAST Conference, has unveiled its 2026-27 women's basketball league schedule, a 20-game slate that once again features a double round robin, with the Blue Demons playing each of their 10 league peers both home and away.
Head coach Jill M. Pizzotti and the Blue Demons open conference play on the road with back-to-back trips to Villanova (Dec. 3) and Georgetown (Dec. 6) before returning to the South Loop for the BIG EAST home opener against Butler Dec. 10. DePaul closes out the 2026 portion of the schedule by hosting Creighton Dec. 20.
The Blue Demons ring in the new year at Wintrust Arena, welcoming Connecticut to town Jan. 3, before hitting the road for a matchup at Seton Hall Jan. 7. DePaul returns home to host Marquette Jan. 10 ahead of a two-game road trip at Xavier (Jan. 13) and St. John's (Jan. 17).
Back-to-back home games follow, with Providence (Jan. 20) and Georgetown (Jan. 23), the second meeting with the Hoyas, visiting the South Loop before the Blue Demons close out January on the road at Connecticut Jan. 28.
February opens with a Villanova rematch at Wintrust Arena Feb. 4, followed by a home date with St. John's Feb. 7. DePaul then travels for consecutive games at Creighton (Feb. 10) and Providence (Feb. 14) before returning home to host Seton Hall Feb. 17.
The Blue Demons close the regular season with three games in eight days, traveling to Butler (Feb. 21) and Marquette (Feb. 24) before wrapping up BIG EAST play at home against Xavier Feb. 28.
The 2027 BIG EAST Women's Basketball Tournament returns to Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., March 5-8.
DePaul is set to open the 2026-27 campaign Nov. 3 when it hosts Evansville at Wintrust Arena. Fans can get their first look at this year's squad Oct. 16 when the Blue Demons host UIC in an exhibition matchup at McGrath-Phillips Arena in Lincoln Park.
Tipoff times and television designations for each game will be announced at a later date.
