Williams and Oden Out With Injuries

CHICAGO -- DePaul forwards Lance Williams and Jon Oden will both be sidelined due to injuries, Blue Demon head coach Pat Kennedy announced today.
Williams, a 6-9 junior from Chicago, will miss 1-3 weeks with a strained right calf muscle. He sustained the injury late in the first half of DePaul's game with Charlotte on Wednesday at the Allstate Arena. Lance is averaging 12.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game.
Oden, a 6-8 sophomore from Phoenix, will be out for 3-6 weeks with ligament damage in his right ankle. He was also injured during Wednesday's game with Charlotte. Jon is averaging 1.7 points and 1.5 rebounds an outing.
DePaul (8-8 overall) will entertain Temple tomorrow at the Allstate Arena. Tip-off is at 1 p.m. and the game will be televised by ESPN2 and broadcast on WSCR (670 AM).
