Northwestern Defeats DePaul in Women's Tennis

EVANSTON, Ill. - The No. 9 Northwestern women’s tennis team proved to be too much for the Blue Demons in a 6-1 win over DePaul (2-2) Wednesday afternoon at the Combe Tennis Center.
Northwestern got off to a quick start, sweeping doubles for the first point, then kept up the pace by winning five of the six singles matches to complete the match.
The Wildcats are back in action on Saturday when they travel to William and Mary. Match time is set for 4 p.m. CDT.
