The Records

DePaul is 7-4 after beating Florida International 72-60 on Saturday at the Allstate Arena. Cincinnati is 11-2 after beating North Carolina A&T 105-69 on Friday in Cincinnati. This is the BIG EAST Conference opener for both teams.

Cincinnati leads the series 28-12. The teams split two meetings last season with Cincinnati winning 83-54 in Cincinnati and DePaul taking an 85-66 win in Rosemont. Current streak: DePaul - 1.

The Last Meeting

Quemont Greer scored 25 points and Drake Diener added 22 as DePaul posted an 85-66 win over Cincinnati on February 12, 2005 at the Allstate Arena. Eric Hicks had 22 points while Jason Maxiell added 18 for the Bearcats.

The Coaches

Jerry Wainwright is in his first season at DePaul and his 12th as a head coach. He is 193-148 overall and 7-4 with the Blue Demons. Wainwright is 0-4 against the Bearcats. Andy Kennedy is in his first season as a head coach. He is 11-2 and has never faced the Blue Demons.
