Women's Tennis Inks Katarina Milinkovic

CHICAGO- DePaul women’s tennis coach Mark Ardizzone announced this week the signing of Katarina Milinkovic to a National Letter-of-Intent. Milinkovic comes from
“We are so excited to have Katarina join our family at DePaul,” Ardizzone said. “When I recruited her, I was not only impressed with her tennis ability, but also what a great person she is.”
Milinkovic has represented the Serbian national team in competitions around the globe. Most recently, she reached the finals at the 2006 ITF Montenegro Open and in 2005 she reached the semifinals at the Air Berlin German Open. When she was under 16 she held the top ranking for her age group in Serbia and has been as high as second in her country’s under 18 rankings. In addition, she achieved an ITF junior ranking of 219.
