CHICAGO – The DePaul women’s tennis team rolled to non-conference dual victory by sweeping Ball State on Friday at the Lakeshore Athletic Club.
The Blue Demons were dominant from the start, winning all three doubles matches. Things didn’t change in singles play as DePaul rolled through all six matches, losing only one set.
“It was a solid performance,” DePaul head coach Mark Ardizzone said. “I really thought Ball State worked harder than us. We will really will need to rev up the intensity to compete with an SEC school like Auburn but I believe we will be up for the challenge.”
DePaul hosts Auburn on Sunday at 11 a.m.
