DePaul’s Dunja Antunovic and Anja Mihaldinec posted an 8-6 victory over
Antunovic rolled past Hinton, 6-1, 6-2, in the top singles flight as she picked up the 25th win of her 2006-07 campaign. The DePaul sophomore is currently ranked No. 112 in the FILA/ITA Division I national poll.
The Blue Demons earned a decisive victory at No. 2 singles as Gambrell topped Owens, 6-1, 6-0.
Playing her first match in more than five weeks, Rehusova notched a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Alizee Paradis at No. 5 singles.
The Blue Demons (12-10) advance to Friday’s quarterfinals where they face second-seeded USF at 8 a.m. (CST).
