Rehusova Named Regional Recipient of ITA/Arthur Ashe Award

Rehusova posted high marks on the court as well as in the classroom throughout her career at DePaul. She notched a collegiate singles record of 56-42 and carries a 3.56 GPA as she completes her degree in Marketing. In addition, she has been honored as a BIG EAST Conference Academic All-Star and a two-time member of the Conference USA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll. Rehusova also serves on the DePaul Captains’ Council and has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
The 2007 dual season saw Rehusova fight through injuries to compile 16 doubles wins and 11 singles victories. She triumphed in her final collegiate match with a 6-2, 7-5 win over Carolina Huighard of Syracuse at the BIG EAST Championship.
As a regional recipient, Rehusova was a finalist for the national ITA/Arthur Ashe Award that went to Megan Moulton-Levy of William and Mary.
