CHICAGO - DePaul's online live video schedule starts Friday afternoon as the DePaul women's soccer team hosts St. Bonaventure at Wish Field. BlueTube is the online home for DePaul's live video streaming and features more than 30 home events between women's soccer, men's soccer and volleyball this Fall.
BlueTube is an online subscription streaming multimedia service that offers live and on-demand streaming audio and video of DePaul Athletics and other features highlighting Blue Demon teams, coaches and student-athletes. The 2010-11 version of BlueTube will feature highlights, updates and interviews from all 15 programs throughout each and every week.
As schedules become finalized for Winter and Spring sports, additional games will be added to the BlueTube live audio and video lineup. With the completion of the Cacciatore Stadium in the upcoming weeks, the entire home softball schedule will be available to watch for the first time.

The video player features expanded video navigation controls, such as video jogging for fast forwarding and rewinding, and advanced search functions to help you get the content you crave. The new on-page video player interface is at a 16:9 aspect ratio offering a full-screen mode and is compatible with Adobe Flash-enabled web browsers.
BlueTube menus are now in a tab format and contain preview thumbnails of video items for easy navigation of content. Viewers can sort videos by most recent, by sport, by featured channels or by live events only. Each tab offers additional filtering options to help viewers find their content quickly.
More advanced search features allow users to search by keyword or within a date range. Users can further narrow their advanced searches by sport, channel and category.
BlueTube now makes it easier for fans to share their favorite videos with their friends and family. Unique public video links allow for easy link sharing while "Share" options within the video player allow users to send links directly to social networking sites. Fans can also send video links directly to friends with the "Email to a Friend" function.
