MILWAUKEE (AP) - Darius Johnson-Odom and Jimmy Butler each scored 20 points and Marquette overwhelmed DePaul 94-64 on Tuesday night, handing the Blue Demons their 19th straight Big East loss.
Jae Crowder added 18 points and Marquette used a 12-0 run at the end of the first half to turn a back-and-forth beginning into a big blowout.
Marquette (13-6, 4-2) squandered an 18-point lead with less than 6 minutes to go in a 71-70 loss at Louisville on Saturday, but there was no repeat performance.
DePaul (6-12, 0-6) was led by freshman Cleveland Melvin with 20 points. Jimmy Drew added 12 and Brandon Young scored 11 points.
