Kling Falls Just Shy of Quarterfinal Berth

PALISADES, Calif. -- The DePaul women's tennis team wrapped up play at the ITA All-American Pre-Qualifier on Sunday at the Los Angeles Tennis Center.
Jasmin Kling, the Blue Demons' final remaining competitor, fell in the Round of 16 to Georgia's Lily Kimbell, 6-1, 6-1. Yesterday, Kling won two matches to lead the Blue Demons at the Pre-Qualifier.
Along with Kling, Ana Vladutu and Patricia Fargas made the trip to California.
The Blue Demons will continue their fall slate next weekend at the Wildcat Invitational, hosted by Northwestern University, in Evanston, Ill.
