Weekend Continues at ITA Regional for Women's Tennis

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. -- Action continued for the DePaul women's tennis team on Sunday afternoon at the ITA Midwest Regional in Champaign, Ill.
Both Patricia Fargas and Ana Vladutu competed for the Blue Demons.
Fargas started the day with a tough loss to Ohio State's Miho Kowase, 1-6, 6-1, 6-3, in the Round of 16 in the Main Singles Draw. Vladutu, DePaul's other participant in the pool, advanced to the Quarterfinals in a walk over against Wisconsin's Lauren Chypyha.
Vladutu will face Notre Dame's Monica Robinson in tomorrow's quarters.
