The Countdown: Tip-Off Luncheon

CHICAGO - DePaul's annual Tip-Off Luncheon highlighted the week as the Blue Demons prepared for the start of the 2017-18 season. The Blue Demons look ahead to the exhibition game on Sunday, Nov. 5 prior to the opener on Saturday, Nov. 11.

- 10 days until the exhibition game against IU Northwest at Wintrust Arena
- 16 days until regular-season opener against Notre Dame at Wintrust Arena
- 22 days until the first meeting in 60 years against Illinois
- 28 days until the PK80 Invitational in Portland, Ore.
- 62 days until the BIG EAST opener against Villanova at Wintrust Arena
Tip-Off Luncheon Welcomes Supporters to Wintrust Arena
Nearly 300 people attended DePaul's annual Tip-Off Luncheon on Tuesday at Wintrust Arena. The annual event allowed members of Chicago media and corporate communities along with fans and supporters of the men's and women's basketball programs the opportunity to tour the new facility and get up close with the player and coaches from both teams.
Hosted by DePaul radio play-by-play voice Zach Zaidman, the program featured season previews from head coach Dave Leitao along with Tre'Darius McCallum and Marin Maric. Women's head coach Doug Bruno was joined by Rebekah Dahlman and Lauren Prochaska.
Garrett, Henry in G-League Training Camps
Former Blue Demons Billy Garrett Jr. and Myke Henry are in training camp with a pair of NBA G-League franchises. Garrett is in New York with the Westchester Knicks while Henry is in camp with the Oklahoma City Blue.
Henry played for Oklahoma City last season and averaged 3.5 points and 1.7 rebounds over 12.2 minutes per game in 38 contests.

Full season ticket packages which include all 17 DePaul men's basketball home games at Wintrust Arena are on sale now and start at just $170. Season ticket holders enjoy significant savings, the best choice of seat locations, flexibility of attending every home game, as well as presale opportunities for other events at Wintrust Arena.
Two season ticket packages are available for the 2017-18 women's basketball season. The six-game Wintrust Arena ticket package includes all six regular-season home games played at the new facility in the South Loop. The Wintrust Arena ticket package is on sale now and starts at just $50 per seat. All remaining home games played at McGrath-Phillips Arena on the Lincoln Park campus are part of the McGrath-Phillips Arena season ticket package for $70.
BIG EAST packs, mini plans and single game tickets are all on sale. Group tickets for parties of 15 or more are available.
