Volleyball Falls Short to St. John's

QUEENS, NY - On Saturday afternoon, the DePaul volleyball team fell short to St. John's, 1-3 (16-25, 25-20, 14-25, 19-25). With a victorious second set, the Blue Demons make this their first loss to the Red Storm this season. The Blue Demons are now (8-17, 2-11 BIG EAST) overall.
Caitlyn Coffey earned 15 kills and four blocks to lead DePaul. Brittany Maxwell took home 35 attackes to help the Royal Blue and Scarlet. Kelsey Horvath added 40 assists. Haley Bueser led the Blue Demons with 20 digs. Rachel Breault scored two aces over St. John's.
The DePaul volleyball team is back in Chicago, Illinois on Friday, Nov. 3. to take on Providence. The match will be held at McGrath-Phillips Arena and is set for a noon start.
