DePaul Unveils 2021 Outdoor Track & Field Schedule

2021 outdoor slate features five competitions over five weeks
CHICAGO – DePaul head coach Dave Dopek announced the 2021 Outdoor Track and Field schedule on Thursday morning.
The slate will feature five competitions over five weeks before the Blue Demons get set for postseason action.
DePaul is set to open the outdoor season in the Bluegrass State at the Louisville Invitational, April 2-3.
The Blue Demons will make the trip to Mizzou for the Tom Botts Invitational, April 9-10 before traveling to Terre Haute, Ind. to compete at the Gibson Invitational April 16-17.
On April 23-24 the outdoor squad will make a return trip to Louisville for the Clarke Wood Invitational.
In a final tune up for postseason competition, DePaul will take part in the Marquette Invitational on May 1.
BIG EAST Outdoor Track and Field Championships are slated for May 14-15. In 2019, the DePaul women's squad turned in a 2nd place performance while the men's team finished third.
The NCAA West Preliminary Rounds are set for May 27-29 at College Station, Texas. The track season comes to a close June 9-12 at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore.
