DePaul’s Match Versus Xavier Canceled

Game canceled due to COVID issues in the Xavier program
CHICAGO- DePaul women's soccer's scheduled match with Xavier on Sunday, April 11 in Cincinnati, Ohio was canceled due to COVID-related issues within the Musketeers program. The match was the final scheduled contest of the Blue Demons' 2020-21 season.
DePaul closes the spring campaign with a 3-5 overall record. The Blue Demons were led on offense by Morgan Turner who tallied a team-high three goals. Turner scored to beat the Creighton Bluejays in overtime back on March 14. Meanwhile, senior Bina Saipi tallied a pair of goals, including one that sent DePaul's match against Xavier to overtime.
Sydney Parker anchored the Blue Demon defensive unit. Parker earned BIG EAST honors on a pair of occasions, including Defensive Player of the Week recognition after leading the Blue Demons shutout versus Butler on March 21.
