DePaul Mourns the Passing of Men’s Basketball Alum Marlon Brumfield

Brumfield played at DePaul from 2002-06
CHICAGO – DePaul athletics mourns the recent passing of men's basketball alumni Marlon Brumfield. Brumfield played for the Blue Demons from 2002-06 after playing at Chicago's Collins Academy.
Visitation and the funeral service will be at Corbin Colonial Funeral Chapel.
Visitation: Friday, July 23 – 4-7 p.m.
Funeral Service: Saturday, July 24 – 10 a.m.

Brumfield played in 99 career games that included 62 games started. DePaul posted 70 victories over his four seasons that included a second round appearance in the NCAA Tournament and two trips to the NIT.
