
RV DePaul Hosts RV Louisville for Wednesday Night Showdown on FS1

Blue Demons clash with Cardinals in 34th all-time matchup
CHICAGO – RV DePaul returns to Wintrust Arena on Wednesday night for its non-conference finale when RV Louisville visits Chicago for a nationally televised tilt on FS1. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. with Mike Hall and Kim Adams handling the coverage. Single-game tickets remain available here.
The Blue Demons (9-3, 2-0 BIG EAST) have won five games in a row and eight of their last nine dating back to Nov. 20. Louisville will be the third ACC opponent the Blue Demons have faced this season after picking up victories over Miami and Pittsburgh.
Aneesah Morrow has led the charge all season long leading the Blue Demons in points (26.3), rebounds (12.0), steals (34) and blocks (12). Morrow has posted nine double-doubles in 12 games and has pushed her career tally to 36 while ranking fourth in the nation in scoring and seventh in rebounding.
Junior guards Darrione Rogers and Kendall Holmes are averaging 19.3 and 10.2 points per game while combining for two-thirds of DePaul's three-point field goals. Rogers has been doing a little bit of everything for the Blue Demons with 5.75 assists and 4.9 rebounds a contest.
Last time out, all five starters finished in double figures for the first time this season in an 80-71 win over Georgetown.
DePaul is 4-1 at home this season and 52-19 (.732) all-time at Wintrust Arena.
Doug Bruno is in his 37th season leading the program and is DePaul's all-time winningest basketball coach with a record of 767-371.

Wednesday's matchup is the final stop in a four-game road stretch for Louisville, who enters the contest 9-4 on the season and 1-0 in the ACC action. Most recently, the Cardinals knocked off Pitt 77-53 on Sunday to open league play.
Hailey Van Lith, a two-time All-ACC selection, leads the way with 20.0 points per game while collecting 5.7 rebounds and dishing out 3.2 assists per game. Syracuse transfer Chrislyn Carr and Florida State transfer Morgan Jones are averaging 10.5 and 10.2 points a contest while Olivia Cochran poses a threat in the post with a team-best 7.7 boards per game.
Jeff Walz is in his 16th season at the helm in Louisville and is 423-117. Walz led the Cardinals to the Final Four a season ago.
