Blue Demons visit Gampel Pavilion for 23rd all-time meeting with the Huskies
STORRS, Conn. – DePaul women's basketball is back in action on Monday evening as the Blue Demons visit Gampel Pavilion to take on the fifth-ranked Connecticut Huskies at 6 p.m. CT.

The contest, originally scheduled for Jan. 8, will be aired on SNY regionally as well as streamed on the FOX Sports App and foxsports.com for those out of market. Allen Bestwick, Meghan Culmo and Maria Marino will handle the television duties.

DePaul enters Monday's meeting 11-9 and 4-5 in BIG EAST action and looking to bounce back from consecutive losses at the hands of Georgetown and St. Johns.

On Sunday, the Blue Demons fell 81-72 to the Red Storm after a fourth-quarter rally came up just short. DePaul led for 21 minutes of the contest before a 25-13 third quarter in favor of the Johnnies proved to be the difference in the game. Aneesah Morrow led the way with 26 points and 11 rebounds while Darrione Rogers and Anaya Peoples chipped in 16 and 14 points, respectively.

For the season, Morrow is pacing DePaul with 25.2 points per game and 11.9 rebounds a contest. With 16 double-doubles on the season, the sophomore ranks third nationally while being the only player in the top-five in in both points and rebounds in Division I.

Darrione Rogers ranks fourth among league scorers with 18.5 points per contest in addition to 5.4 assists while Kendall Holmes is pouring in 10.3 points per outing through eight BIG EAST games while hitting from long distance at blistering .477 clip to land second in the conference.

As a team, DePaul is collecting 41.90 rebounds which is a conference best while grabbing 15.6 caroms on the offensive glass to rank 10th nationally. The Blue Demons are 4-2 in true road games this season.
