DePaul continues road stretch with final away matches of Octobe
CHICAGO - DePaul volleyball hits the road for another weekend of BIG EAST competition. The Blue Demons will visit Xavier on Friday, Oct. 20 at 6 p.m. CT. Action will conclude with a matchup at Butler on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 4 p.m. CT. Â
"We only get Xavier and Butler once in conference this year, so both of these matches have unique significance as the race for the top continues," said head coach Marie Zidek. "Xavier has their offense hot right now under O'Reilly and Butler continues to ride their stud libero, Jaymeson Kinley. It's going to be a veteran match up with players that have seen each other multiple times across the net. We continue to fight and search for a more consistent gear in our entire game and this year's BIG EAST is forcing teams to have it all night in and night out in order to win. It's going to be a battle, and I believe we are right on track to prove ourselves."
