DePaul closes out homestand against Marquette
CHICAGO - DePaul volleyball wraps up their three-match homestand with a matchup against No. 25 Marquette on Wednesday, Nov. 1. First serve from McGrath-Phillips Arena is set for 7 p.m. and fans can watch the stream on Marquee Sports Network and FloVolleyball.
"Marquette does three things very well," said head coach Marie Zidek. "They steal kills away from you over long periods of time, serve firm from the endline, and they don't error. We are also very good at stealing kills. The key for us will be if we can go long enough in rally to fix our arms strongly back on the ball. It's an exciting game because we will have to take risks and go for it more than we play it safe on attack, and as we get to playoff volleyball you have to have the higher go for it gear in order to advance. Let's see!"
