Ellie Mink Named to All-BIG EAST Third Team

The Blue Demon was selected for her impressive stats this season
CHICAGO – DePaul women's soccer's Ellie Mink has been named to the All-BIG EAST Third Team, as announced by the conference Wednesday morning. Mink was selected for her impressive stats during the 2023 season where she led the DePaul offense as a midfielder.
The Cincinnati, Ohio native paced the Blue Demons with four goals, one assist and nine points. She closed the season with 20 shots, including nine on goal, and logged 1379 minutes on the pitch.
During her 2023 campaign, Mink was responsible for finding the equalizers in both of the Blue Demons 1-1 draws against Providence and Green Bay. She is also responsible for connecting the game winning goal in a 2-1 victory against Samford. Mink made the first connection of the game for DePaul in a 2-1 victory against Eastern Kentucky.
Mink served as team captain during the 2023 season, continuing a three-year tenure in the leadership position after joining the Blue Demons in 2018.
