CHICAGO – DePaul women's basketball returns to action on Thursday night as the Stonehill College Skyhawks visit Wintrust Arena. Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. CT with coverage carried on FloHoops.

Season ticket renewals for the 2023-24 women's basketball season have concluded. Current ticket holders that have yet to renew can call the ticket office to secure new seats for the upcoming season.

Noting the Blue Demons
- DePaul is 1-0 in 2023-24 after a 77-53 win over Western Michigan on Monday night at Wintrust Arena.
- The Blue Demons had four players reach double figures led by Anaya Peoples with 20 points to go with 13 rebounds.
- Peoples, a preseason All-BIG EAST selection, notched the seventh double-double of her career while matching her DePaul-highs in both points and rebounds.
- Several career-highs were broken or met as graduate transfer Michelle Sidor poured in 16 points to match a personal best while Brynn Masikewich netted seven points and a career-high nine rebounds.
- Sophomore Kate Clarke made her first collegiate start and totaled 13 points.
- DePaul dominated the battle of the boards, 45-23 while also outscoring the Broncos 42-18 in the paint.
- The Blue Demons moved to 38-12 (.760) in season openers including a 29-9 mark under Doug Bruno (.763)
- All five freshman made their collegiate debuts with Charlece Ohiaeri and Sumer Lee netting the first points of their career.
- Monday marked the start of DePaul's 50th varsity season as the program recorded its 970th win and 775th victory under Bruno.
Scouting Stonehill
- The Skyhawks enter Thursday's matchup 0-1 on the young season after falling 73-61 to Northeastern on opening night.
- Senior guard Jada Thornton led Stonehill in scoring in the opener with 17 points to go along with five rebounds.
- Stonehill went 9-20 in their first season as a Division I program a season ago.
- Head coach Trisha Brown returns five letterwinners from 2022-23 including just one starter while welcoming in three transfers and six freshmen.
- Brown is in her 23rd season at the helm of the Skyhawks program, leading the team to 13 NCAA Division II Tournament appearances.
Series Stuff
- The two sides will meet for the first time on Thursday night.
- The Blue Demons are 2-0 all-time against the current configuration of the Northeast Conference, picking up wins over Long Island and St. Francis (PA).
- The last time DePaul met a team from Massachusetts was the season opener against Harvard on Nov. 8, 2013-14, a 99-75 win.
- The last time the Blue Demons played on Nov. 9 was a season ago when DePaul took down American 96-45 in the season opener.
