Jacob Holmes Named BIG EAST Male Athlete of the Week

The Blue Demon earns the accolade after his fifth place finish at the Bradley Intercollegiate
CHICAGO – DePaul cross country's Jacob Holmes was named BIG EAST Male Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference Tuesday afternoon.
Holmes took home fifth place at the Bradley Intercollegiate last Friday. The graduate student from Auckland, New Zealand earned a final time of 24:23.9 in the men's 8k. His performance aided in the DePaul men's team's second place finish overall.
Next Friday, the Blue Demons take on the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational on Sept. 29, hosted by Loyola Chicago.
