DePaul extends its winning streak to three
BOCA RATON, Fla. – DePaul men's tennis continued its impressive play as of late, taking down Brown 4-3 on Thursday evening and extending its winning streak to three matches. The Blue Demons (9-8) won the doubles point and added three straight-set victories at No. 2, No. 3, and No. 5 to round out the evening.
DePaul is back above a .500 winning percentage for the first time since starting 4-3, with crucial victories in March over BIG EAST rivals Marquette and Georgetown, along with FGCU and Brown.

To start singles, sophomore Pablo Torres Almeida took down Sam Feldman at No. 5, 6-1, 6-4, giving him his third-straight victory.
Brown (5-12) regained some momentum after picking up victories at No. 1 and No. 6, bringing the match score to two apiece.
At the No. 2 spot, Shourya Verma bested Noah Hernandez in a convincing 6-2, 6-4 decision, giving the Blue Demons the advantage again.
Iaquinto secured his team-high tenth win of the season with a 6-3, 6-4 victory at No. 3, simultaneously clinching the victory for DePaul and pushing the Blue Demons to a 9-8 season record.
