CHICAGO – DePaul men's soccer is set to welcome Mercyhurst to Wish Field on Friday, Sept. 13 for a non-conference matchup. First touch is scheduled for 2 p.m. and the action can be viewed live on FloFC.

- DePaul is 2-2-1 heading into the third week of the 2024 season and is coming off a decisive 4-1 win over Wright State on Sept. 8.
- Against the Raiders, four different Blue Demons found their way on to the scoresheet in the second half.
- Noeh Hernandez and Liam Mullins collected three points apiece, with a goal and an assist in the victory.
- Freshmen Jayden Waski and Max Padua each tallied the first goals of their collegiate career on Sunday.
- Hernandez was selected to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll recognizing his performance in the match. He currently ranks second in the league in assists.
- As a team, DePaul ranks second in the conference in goals average with 2.20 per game. The Blue Demons have assisted on all 11 goals scored this season, with an assist tally good for second among BIG EAST teams.Â
- The Lakers are 2-3 on the season and have won two in a row, including their first win as a Division I program against Cleveland State on Sept. 5.
- Mercyhurst has seen five different goal scorers find the back of the net on the 2024 campaign. Alvar Silva and Dylan Sumner have a team-best three points to their credit.
- Senior goalkeeper Danilo Abayo has started the last three matches, earning a pair of clean sheets.
- Austin Solomon is in his second season leading the Mercyhurst program.
- Friday marks the first meeting between the two programs.
- DePaul is 2-2-1 all-time against current Northeast Conference teams.
- The Blue Demons will close out their four-match homestand with the BIG EAST opener on Friday, Sept. 20 against UConn.
