Milam Earns BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll Nod

Milam earns second-straight Conference recognition
CHICAGO – DePaul women's soccer graduate goalkeeper Elena Milam was selected BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, Monday afternoon. This marks the second consecutive week that Milam has earned conference recognition for her outstanding performance in goal for the Blue Demons.
In DePaul's 2-0 victory over Lindenwood on Thursday, Sept. 12, Milam recorded her third shutout of the season and the seventh of her career.
Milam recorded four saves in the Blue Demons' draw with Western Michigan on Sunday, Sept. 16, bringing her season total to 26, good for second in the BIG EAST.
Averaging 3.25 saves per game, Milam is also second on the Blue Demons with 709 minutes played across eight matches.
Milam's selection to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll is the second of her career, complementing her BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week honor earned last week on Monday, Sept. 9.
The Seattle, Wash., native led the BIG EAST in 2023 with 90 saves and 5.29 saves per game, finishing the season with a .811 save percentage.
