Isaiah Hopf Awarded BIG EAST Field Athlete of the Week

Drake Relays title performance leads conference standings
CHICAGO – DePaul track and field's Isaiah Hopf has been named BIG EAST Men's Field Athlete of the Week following a first-place finish at the Drake Relays, the conference announced Tuesday afternoon.
Hopf, a graduate student, secured DePaul's first event title of the weekend in Des Moines, winning the men's triple jump with a mark of 15.13m. His performance set the tone for a strong showing by the Blue Demons and highlighted a productive stretch in the outdoor season.
The mark ranks first in the BIG EAST this season and currently sits 47th in the NCAA West Region. Hopf has consistently been among the conference's top performers, providing a key scoring presence in the field lineup.
