Blue Demons Set for 2026 BIG EAST Championships

HARDEEVILLE, S.C. – DePaul golf is set for the 2026 BIG EAST Championships, May 2-5, at Riverton Pointe Golf Club in Hardeeville, S.C. Play begins Saturday at 7 a.m. CT. At the conclusion of the 54-hole event, the winning team will secure an automatic berth to the NCAA Championships. If the individual champion is not a member of the winning team, they will also earn an automatic berth.

For the fourth straight year, GKLive.TV will provide online coverage of the tournament, with live commentary from the 18th green. There is no subscription fee to watch the event. Live scoring throughout the BIG EAST Championships will be available via ScoreboardLive, powered by Clippd.

DePaul's lineup is expected to feature Dominic Lucchesi, North Chery, Billy Gneiser, Rohan Gopaldas and Matthew Rastogi.

The Blue Demons finished sixth at last year's BIG EAST Championships, led by Lucchesi's 12th-place individual finish. DePaul recorded a 286 (-2) in the third and final round, marking the program's best round under par at a conference championship. The sixth-place finish was the team's best since the 2020-21 championships. Gopaldas, Gneiser and Lucchesi are set to compete in their second conference championships, while Chery and Rastogi will make their BIG EAST Championships debuts.
