Litisha Hall joined DePaul men's basketball in September 2021 as Director of Community, Corporate, and Professional Relations before being elevated to General Manager in August 2022. Hall oversees and coordinates name, image and likeness (NIL) and community engagement for the men's basketball program while also preparing student-athletes for success on and off the court.
Hall joined the Blue Demons after an 18-year career at Nike where she worked since 2003 with all levels of basketball as an integral part of the Basketball Sports Marketing team. She most recently was an account specialist at Nike, annuallying managing the product process for teams and premier events throughout the United States and Canada. While managing operations for the Michael Jordan Flight School from 1997-2017, Hall also worked at Nike's Basketball Sports Marketing department as an executive assistant. In her time at NIke, she handled aspects of event management for the Hoop Summit and Global Challenge events produced by Nike. Hall also served as business manager of the LeBron James King Academy (2005-07) and Nike's Elite Youth Camp (2003-04).
Hall earned her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois-Edwardsville in Psychology with a minor in African-American Studies. She went on to complete her graduate degree at Long Beach State in 2007 in Occupational Studies with a specialization in career counseling.
