Threw a season-best 13.51m in the shot put at the Iowa State Classic, where he finished 21st
Placed seventh in the shot put at the Blue and Gold Invitational with a throw of 13.09m
Finished 11th in the shot put at both the Notre Dame Invitational and the Badger Track Classic
Recorded a season-best weight throw of 13.26m in a 10th-place finish at the Notre Dame Invitational.

Outdoor:

Threw a season-best 44.04m in the hammer throw at the Tom Botts Invitational, where he finished 11th
Placed fourth in the hammer throw at the DePaul Invitational with a throw of 41.67m
Placed sixth in the hammer throw at the Purdue Open
Threw a season-best 14.50m in the shot put at the Tom Botts Invitational, where he finished 10th, placed third in the shot put at both the Purdue Open and the DePaul Invitational
Threw a season-high 43.79m in a 12th-place finish in the discus throw at the Tom Botts Invitational
Placed fifth in the discus throw at the DePaul Invitational.

His discus throw of 48.79m earned him the 2011 3A Sectional champion for Prospect High School
